The charges for ISIN enablement are divided into 2 parts:
- Charges payable to the depositories (NSDL / CDSL)
- Charges payable to the RTA (Maheshwari Datamatics Pvt Ltd)
The depository charges include 3 cost heads as follows:

The ACF (Annual Custodian Fees) as per the table below.
- One time Security Deposit (ACF x 2)
- One time Joining Fees of Rs. 15,000/-
The ACF as above is calculated based on the Paid-up Capital of the applicant company at the time of application as tabled below:
